Finally WiMax Is Here!

Few months back when I was working on a 3G Project for my lovely Wind, there's a gap needing a closure for a perfect project close up. The 3G performance is acceptable around my office surrounding with backup of Wireless KL, but I can only manage to get a 3-bar GPRS at my home town, which the speed was only at par with the early generation of dial up speed at 36.6kbps. Sigh~ My colleague even teased me that gagak blocks the 3G signal.

Though, it isn't necessary to have mobile broadband since I have lousy Streamyx at home and quite a number of cafes provide free wifi service, but I am perfectionist, I wanted the project to be perfected without gaps, plus I will need to surrender my 3G Blackberry when I change job. So, I am still seeking the right solution to ease my thirst of mobile internet and this looks to be the promising answer...

The WiMax.

I am visualizing my current daily life...

(Ah Bengs out at mamak)
"Eh, you know what website got Edison's chun photos or not?"

"Of course I know lah. Let me open and show you now..."

"
Aiya, tns, this stupid mamak no internet lah. Let's change to other high class cafe lah."

"Don't want
lah. No money lah, that cafe expensive and petrol price increase liao. Somemore kopi peng here nicer leh, and I ordered the mee-goreng-tak-mau-pedas liao. Next time you show me lah, or send to my email lah."

What about this in future...

Now, wait no more. WiMax is finally here!

Check it out here.

I have yet to go through the details, for sure this would take up my coming weekends. I hope this would be the ultimate solution to my anytime-anywhere and widest coverage project.
