DIY Popcorn

I blogged on DIY crispy bacon in previous post. What about popcorn huh? I don't think DIY popcorn at home is something common in Malaysia but overhere it's very easy that you can buy from any grocery store and DIY yourself. In Homewood Suite, a packet of DIY popcorn is given everyday...

You just have to follow the instruction on the back of the packet...

1st, place the popcorn into the microwave with the right side facing top...

Set the timer to 2 minutes...

The packet inflates like a balloon and you hear "pop" throughout the process...

Until you hear no more pops, stop the microwave and take out the inflated packet...

Caution! It's hot!

And there you go to enjoy your popcorn...

Simple? Hmmm... Not sure if I can get such packets in Malaysia. It's good to enjoy popcorn with my upcoming home theather :)

  1. There's plenty. Just not as cheap, about RM4-5 per pack, but tastes better than those you get at the cinema. :)
